You will need to provide a level area about 20 by 20feet with an overhead clearance of 18 feet for our bounce castles.

The safest surface is a level grassy area. However, it can be setup on concrete, asphalt, parking lots, etc. Please specify which surface the bouncer will be setup on so we can provide the appropriate anchors.

Unit Size Children under 8,Children 9-12, Teens 13+ Adults 13 x 15: 8, 6, 5.

Backyards, parks, gymnasiums, and just about anywhere else fairly level and clean will work great for a bouncer.

If all the rules outlined on the Operating Instructions page of your rental contract are followed, and the unit is supervised at all times, they are very safe

It takes about 25 minutes to set up the unit and review the safety guidelines. Once the unit is in position inflation takes about two minutes. The blower stays “ON” while the kids bounce.

Single items $100 and multiple items $150 provided the delivery is in our area of Toronto, Mississauga, Oakville, and Brampton.

If your rental is a “Pick Up” usually it is for 24hrs.
If your rental is a “Delivery” usually we pick up the same day.

Frontline Party Rentals reserves the right to cancel a reservation (at no penalty to you) if there are heavy rains or high winds (over 20 mph). Safe operation of our units and customer safety is our utmost concern. However, once the unit is delivered, no refunds shall be issued due to bad weather.

The sooner the better! We reserve our units weeks and sometimes months in advance. We don’t want you to miss out on the fun!

A 50% deposit is required to reserve our units. We accept Master Card, Visa or American Express first come first serve basis. Final payment is due on your pick up or our delivery of bounce unit. If you wish to pay by check, payment must be received at least 7 days prior to event.

The bouncer must be within 50 feet of a dedicated 20-amp circuit. The blower uses as much electricity as an indoor fan once the bouncer is fully inflated.

YES. A 50% deposit is required to reserve any of our Rental Items. Deposit is fully transferable if event is cancelled at least 3 days prior, or if Frontline Party Rentals. is unable to set units up due to inclement weather

You must assign a responsible adult to supervise the children while the bouncer is in use. This adult must know all the safety rules and make sure those rules are enforced. You are responsible for the safety of the children and for the care of the equipment.

No. We place a protective tarp under the bouncer to minimize any damage to the bouncer or lawn. We also place stakes in the yard to anchor the bouncer.
